Can I drink alcohol on board the party bike?2022-03-02T10:13:32-07:00

You may enjoy alcoholic beverages on board the party bike! However, please note that our licensing and permits are different in each city. Please see below for what is allowed and not allowed at each location.

Scottsdale
You may have adult beverages on board the bike, but due to our licensing we cannot have any outside alcohol on the premises.

We have a great selection of beer, wine, seltzers and more are available for purchase at our convenient on-site booze store! You can also pre-order on our online store (Scottsdale only) to have it available for pick-up when you arrive.

Everything we sell is allowed to be brought on board the bike for consumption and comes ready with free coolers, ice, and cups. Any unopened drinks can be brought home with you at the end of the party!

Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff
You may bring your adult beverages on board the bike, but all alcohol is BYOB — we cannot have it conveniently available for you. However, we will still have free coolers, ice, and cups for you! Please observe the following laws when bringing your own alcohol on board the bikes in Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff:

  • Beer and wine only. Seltzers, hard ciders, lemonades, and malt beverages are OK!
  • No glass or hard liquor on board. We recommend cans for everything.
  • All alcoholic beverages are BYOB. We cannot provide or sell alcohol.
  • Do not step off board the vehicle with an open container as you will be in violation of public consumption laws and may be cited. All alcoholic beverages must stay on the vehicle!
  • You can bring home any unopened drinks at the end of the party.

DO NOT arrive for your party in any city already intoxicated or service may be refused without a refund. We aim to provide an amazing time, but your safety and legality is our #1 priority!

Can I order my alcohol, snacks, merch, etc ahead of time?2022-03-02T10:13:50-07:00

It depends!

In Scottsdale, our licensing allows us to have a full selection of beer, wine, seltzers and more available for purchase at our convenient on-site booze store for your party bike adventure — We recommend you pre-order online so it is ready for you when you arrive! We also have a wide selection of drinks, snacks, party supplies, and other merch available for purchase on-site and online pre-order.

In Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff, our licensing only allows for BYOB and we do not have a storefront in those locations.

To save some time, you can pre-order your adult beverages and party supplies online (Scottsdale only) so they are ready for pick-up when you arrive.

In Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff, please no later than 20 minutes prior to your start time to ensure we can check you in, verify waivers, get loaded up, and go over the rules to get the party started on time. No alcohol is available for purchase in these cities; it is strictly BYOB.

Reservations are for the time slot booked. Since we run our parties back to back, private parties that get started late will still finish at the stated end time.

Pub crawls will start and end at the time specified. We cannot wait for stragglers as it is unfair to everyone who showed up on time, and the ticket price will not be refunded. We will attempt to have you meet us at the first bar stop instead if you are running late.

Who drives the party bike?2020-01-28T16:55:43-07:00

Have no fear, an experienced and trained Party Bike Captain will drive the bike and keep things safe, legal, and fun so your group can focus on partying!

Should we tip the captain?2020-01-28T16:56:53-07:00

Your Party Bike Captains do work for tips and aim to provide an excellent experience for our guests! You can either add a tip in advance when making your booking, give your captain cash, or let us know to add it to the credit card on file after the party. Many of them also have Venmo or other convenient cashless options! It is always greatly appreciated for a job well done!

Is there music on board?2018-12-04T14:49:37-07:00

Yes! We have a rocking sound system and LED lights for the perfect party ambiance. Our tablet that hooks up to the system is full of music from every genre with tons of songs and playlist options for you to choose. Make sure to bring a good DJ!

How many people can ride?2022-06-09T23:18:35-07:00

We can fit a maximum of 14 passengers on board the bike, but require a minimum of six people to pedal the party bike. Non-private parties and pub crawls (based on individual tickets) are tentative until we have the minimum number of riders. There are a total of 10 pedaling seats and 4 non-pedaling seats. So if you have someone in your group that can’t pedal, no problem!

We will notify you 24 hours in advance if the reservation cannot be confirmed and will issue a refund if that is the case. We recommend being flexible with the time so that we can pair you up with other groups to reach the minimum needed! Individuals or groups that are too small to be confirmed MAY be bumped to another time in favor of a confirmed private party and we will notify you if that occurs. In that case, you will have the option of getting a refund or changing times.

Is there an age requirement?2022-07-05T13:20:26-07:00

Pub Crawl Age Requirement
The minimum age for all parties booked by individual seat involving alcohol, including pub crawls, is 21 years of age or older. Riders must present valid ID to the captain when signing the release waiver before the start of the booking. Nobody under 21 is allowed on board a pub crawl.

Private Party Age Requirements
Private parties may have people under the age of 21 on board, typically for family events and teenage birthdays. If alcohol is involved, the people under 21 may not consume alcohol, must wear a wristband, cannot enter any bars, and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (NOTE: this does not mean an older sister who is not a legal guardian). If at any time a minor is suspected of consuming alcohol by the captain, the entire reservation will be immediately terminated, no refund will be issued, and a $100 early termination fee will be charged.

Infants and children who require a car seat or booster seat, typically under the age of 8, will not be allowed on board the party bike. Children above the age of 8 but under the age of 12 may be required to sit on the back bench with the seat belt on next to an adult.

Where do we start and end?2022-03-02T10:20:31-07:00

Our locations are very close to where the parties and pub crawls operates. The exact location / meeting spot for the parties in each city are included in the confirmation email that you will receive after making your reservation.

In general, all reservations begin and end at our location unless indicated otherwise. For example, the Old Town Pub Crawl in Scottsdale ends at the final bar, which is near our location. Please check the itinerary of the service you are booking for specific details.

Can my group sign the rider waiver in advance?2023-02-13T10:29:40-07:00

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR WAIVERS COMPLETED IN ADVANCE, OTHERWISE YOUR START TIME MAY BE DELAYED. Click here to view and sign the waiver. You may send this link to your party ahead of time so that they may complete their waivers, as well.

Upon completion, you will receive a verification email that your waiver is complete. Please have your photo ID ready at check-in to verify that your waiver has been completed.

Where can we take the party bike and how long is each stop?2020-01-28T17:01:25-07:00

Private parties can take the party bike to any stop that they want to go to in our operating area! If you have a few favorite bars, just let the captain know where to go. Want to try something new? Ask the captain for a recommendation! Most groups can make it to up to three stops with about 25 minutes at each stop.

Pub crawls with multiple groups on board have a set itinerary of three bar stops that cannot be changed.

Is it really pedal powered?2018-12-04T14:52:05-07:00

Yes! While you do have to pedal to make the bike move, the bike is equipped with an electric assist motor to help the riders. It’s a lot easier than it looks!

Do I need a reservation to ride?2020-03-12T16:43:54-07:00

Yes! We run based on reservations only, which you can make through our online booking system or by calling us. We recommend planning ahead as we are often booked in advance for popular weekend time slots!

Reserving a private group party requires a 50% non-refundable down payment with the remaining balance charged to the card on file 14 days before the booked date.

Parties booked by individual seat such as pub crawls require payment of the full amount at the time of reservation.

How long is the reservation?2022-03-02T10:21:37-07:00

Reservations are typically for two hour intervals unless otherwise specified or additional time is purchased. Time customization can sometimes be done with large company groups or Sunday – Thursday by request.

In Scottsdale, please arrive to our location 30 minutes prior to your start time to ensure that we can check you in, verify waivers, purchase any party supplies and adult beverages you may need, go over the rules, and get loaded up to start your party on time.

In Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff, please no later than 20 minutes prior to your start time to ensure we can check you in, verify waivers, get loaded up, and go over the rules to get the party started on time. No alcohol is available for purchase in these cities; it is strictly BYOB.

I didn’t receive an email after making my reservation. Help!2018-12-04T14:52:33-07:00

Never fear! Just give us a call and we will verify that we have the correct email address on file to send you a new one.

My reservation email says “pending” or “on hold”. What does that mean?2020-01-28T17:06:10-07:00

If your reservation email says Confirmed, no further action on your part is necessary.

Reservation emails that say Pending either still require payment in order to be confirmed or have not reached the minimum number of riders to be confirmed.

Please note that pending reservations are NOT confirmed until you receive an email specifying that you are confirmed. Individuals or groups that are too small to be confirmed MAY need to be moved to another time in favor of a confirmed private party, and we will notify you if that occurs. In that case, you will have the option of changing times or getting a refund.

For smaller groups, we recommend being flexible with your reservation time, as often we can pair up small groups together at a different time in order to make the party happen!

On Hold emails mean you have joined a waiting list and the time slot is not yet available. All customers with pending and on hold bookings will be notified 24 hours before the start time as to whether or not their booking is confirmed.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?2022-07-05T13:20:57-07:00

You may call or email us to cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your reservation date and receive a full refund. You may call or email us to reschedule your reservation date, subject to availability, up to 14 days before your reservation date.

We cannot cancel or reschedule less than 14 days from the reservation date. Any payments made will be forfeited in the case of cancellation within 14 days of the reservation date and any balances owed will still be charged 14 days prior to the booked date.

If your reservation is rescheduled, we cannot reschedule or cancel a second time. These bookings will still be charged the full amount. Make sure to cancel or reschedule in advance if you need to!

Reservations utilizing three or more bikes must pay a 50% non-refundable down payment to hold each bike. This amount will not be refunded at any point if bikes are cancelled. Full payment will be due 14 days in advance and is non-refundable.

If you are making a cancellation or rescheduling request, please send us an email by replying to your confirmation email that you received.

What is the weather policy?2018-12-04T14:52:59-07:00

We ride rain or shine, but for safety we cancel if there is lightning or other severe weather. Don’t worry — you won’t be pedaling around in a monsoon! If we have to cancel the reservation based on severe weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund or rain check for another date.

Please dress appropriately for predicted weather conditions. Weather cancellations are not made until right before your reservation’s scheduled start time, as weather can be unpredictable.

What should I wear?2023-02-03T09:02:11-07:00

Please dress appropriately for predicted weather conditions. We do recommend closed-toed shoes for comfort and to minimize your personal risk of injury, though it is not required. We also recommend not wearing high heels or long, flowing dresses!

Someone in my group can’t pedal. Can they still ride?2022-06-09T23:20:27-07:00

There are a total of 10 pedaling seats and 4 non-pedaling seats, including a back bench that fits two people. So if you have someone in your group that can’t pedal, no problem!
