Can I drink alcohol on the party bike?

Accepted Answer

Yes, alcoholic beverages are allowed on board. In Scottsdale, purchase beer, wine, and seltzers from our on-site store (no outside alcohol). In Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff, bring your own beer, wine, or seltzers only (no hard liquor or glass). Do not arrive intoxicated or service will be refused.

When should we arrive for our reservation?

Arrive 30 minutes early in Scottsdale, or 20 minutes early in Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff. Complete waivers in advance to avoid delays. Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time.

What should we bring?

Bring valid ID, water, and snacks. Scottsdale: purchase alcohol on-site, no outside alcohol allowed. Tucson, Phoenix, Flagstaff: bring your own beer, wine, or seltzers in cans only (no glass or hard liquor). We provide coolers, ice, and cups at all locations.

Who drives the party bike?

A trained Party Bike Captain drives the bike and ensures safety and fun for your group.

Question 5

Should we tip the captain?

Accepted Answer

Yes, captains work for tips. Add gratuity when booking, pay cash, or request it be added to your card on file after the ride.

Is there music on board?

Yes, the bike has a sound system with LED lights and a music library with playlists across all genres.

Question 7

How many people can ride?

Accepted Answer

Maximum 14 passengers (10 pedaling seats, 4 non-pedaling). Minimum 6 riders required. Non-private parties are confirmed 24 hours in advance once minimum is reached.

Is there an age requirement?

Pub crawls require all riders to be 21+ with valid ID. Private parties may include minors (age 8+) with a parent or legal guardian present. Minors cannot consume alcohol or enter bars. Children under 8 are not allowed.

All reservations begin and end at our location unless otherwise specified. Exact meeting spot details are in your confirmation email.

Where can we go and how long is each stop?

Private parties can visit any bars in our operating area with approximately 25 minutes per stop (up to 3 stops). Pub crawls follow a set itinerary of three bars.

Is it really pedal powered?

Yes, but the bike has an electric assist motor to help riders. It's easier than it looks.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes, reservations are required via our online system or phone. Private parties require 50% down payment. Individual tickets require full payment at booking.

How long is each reservation?

Reservations are typically 2 hours. Arrive 30 minutes early in Scottsdale or 20 minutes early in other cities. Complete waivers in advance to start on time.

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before your date for a full refund. No cancellations or reschedules within 14 days. Bookings with 3+ bikes require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

What is the weather policy?

We ride rain or shine but cancel for lightning or severe weather. Weather cancellations receive 100% refund or rain check. Decisions made at ride time due to unpredictable conditions.

What should I wear?

Dress for the weather. Closed-toed shoes are recommended for comfort and safety. Avoid high heels and long flowing dresses.

Can non-pedalers ride?

Yes, there are 4 non-pedaling seats including a back bench for two people.
